Our
Story
The Concrete Cure is a family-owned and operated business, serving Idaho and Oregon. Founded by brothers Loren and Ryan Mooney in 2012, The Concrete Cure has since established itself as a respected polished concrete contractor in the Boise Area.
Loren and Ryan were born and raised in Idaho and grew up around the concrete business. During their teenage years, they worked for their parents’ flatwork concrete company. They gained hands-on experience that gave them a deep understanding of concrete.
Soon, clients began asking if they could grind and polish slabs. They purchased a small concrete grinder and began offering this as a service.
Fast forward to 2008, Ryan started working on an oil rig in South Dakota, and Loren later joined him. They worked long hours under challenging and dangerous conditions. After four years, they decided it was time for a change.
In 2012, they returned to Boise. At that time, there were few contractors providing polished concrete services in the Valley. They saw a need and opportunity to continue the type of work they had fallen in love with all those years ago. They started the Concrete Cure with one mission: to provide high-quality polished concrete solutions to the Treasure Valley!
