CONTEST OVERVIEW: The “Veteran Floor Makeover Giveaway” contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by The Concrete Cure (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins on October 10, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) and ends on October 31, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. MST (the “Contest Period”). The following is a summary of the stages of the Contest:

• October 10, 2023 – October 31, 2023: Submissions of eligible entries
• October 31, 2023 – November 9, 2023: Selection of the contest winner

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein, The Concrete Cure will award one (1) Prize (as defined below). The Prize consists of a new polished concrete floor or epoxy floor installation, including materials and labor.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for the “Veteran Floor Makeover Giveaway,” participants must meet the following requirements:

• Be an active duty military member or veteran.
• Need a new floor.
• Submit a photo of the floor that needs replacement.
• Provide your name, email, and phone number.
• Self-nominate or nominate a veteran in need.
• Provide proof of ownership of home the flooring will be installed.

Officers, directors, representatives, managers, and employees (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of The Concrete Cure are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial, and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the “Veteran Floor Makeover Giveaway,” follow these steps:

1. Submit your entry by visiting our website (https://www.theconcretecure.com/veteran-floor-giveaway/) and following the on-screen instructions.

2. Provide the following information:

   • Full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
   • A photo of the floor in need of replacement.
   • A brief explanation of why you or the veteran you’re nominating deserves to win (500 words or less).

There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be selected by November 9, 2023. The selection process will be based on the following criteria:

• The condition of the floor is in need of replacement.
• The compelling nature of the explanation provided in the entry.
• Compliance with all contest rules.

The decision of the judging panel is final. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 3 days after the selection date.

PRIZE: The Prize consists of a new polished concrete floor or epoxy floor installation, including materials and labor.

The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize. The prize must be claimed within 48 hours. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, an alternate winner will be selected.

PUBLICITY: By entering the Contest, you agree to allow The Concrete Cure to use your name, photo, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Concrete Cure and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other factors that may affect the entry process or the conduct of the Contest. By participating in the Contest, you release The Concrete Cure from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur in connection with the Contest.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Concrete Cure reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at its discretion if any issues arise that compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree to comply with all contest rules and decisions made by The Concrete Cure.

OFFICIAL RULES/WINNER LIST: The official rules for the Contest are available on our website at (https://www.theconcretecure.com/veterans-giveaway-contest-rules/) The winner’s name will be posted on our website on or before November 10, 2023.
